Trey Ackerman
Special guest
Trey Ackerman, quite literally, has country music in his blood. His singer-songwriter grandmother, Patti White, toured with artists like Bill Monroe and Faron Young. His father, Willie Ackerman, was a first-call session player and the staff drummer on the Grand Ole Opry and Hee Haw. With that kind of pedigree, and with his formative years spent backstage and in the studio listening as country legends performed and recorded, Trey’s heart began to beat to the rhythm he was hearing…and it was good.
